Can cichlids and dwarf gouramis be tankmates?

    Most of them are too large or aggressive, but some of the smaller species will be OK.

    Kribensis, German Rams, Keyholes etc would work.

    well chichilds are aggressive and they grow to a fairly large size. If your tank is smaller than 50 gallons i would not recommend getting chichilds at all. If it is 50 + gallon there shouldn’t be a problem those fish should be fine together just keep in mind the size of the tank and that chichilds are carnivores

    no, except for dwarf cichlids, and I don’t mean just a baby cichlid, I mean one of the few dwarf species like the blue rams or the kribensis. Anything else is guaranteed problems.
    If this is a small tank, give back the pleco, it’s a large waste producer. Feeding properly and maintaining the tank will keep it clean and healthy in a way that a pleco doesn’t.
